How Do You Respond When Things Go Wrong?
There can be quite a lott of pressure to become, to be delivering perfect and medicine is a really unkind environment for perfectionists. So that's what kind of got me really thinking about it. Last year, i made a a film called managing adverse events,. where it wis the vastly brilliant saracellan, who is the bravest person i know. And we just thought that there was a piece to be done around trying to explain to people that actually, when something goes wrong, what everybody wants is the same thing. They don't want ongoing harm. They wan't be treated with respect and and humanity. It is our shared humanity that should be bringing us all together
