The Future of Happiness Tracking
We've been doing happiness tracking surveys with users for three years and so we had a very robust catalog of themes. We validated that those happiness tracking survey feedback was very representative of all people that we get across all channels. So there wasn't a lot they were able to do to change that theming structure. Then we started coaching this ML model on our theming structure which is a bit different to how that product would ordinarily work Normally they would kind of you load data and they tell you what the things are in this case we said we already know what things are here they are.
