The Importance of Zone Two in Cardio Training

The data are quite clear that there's no upper limit to how much benefits you can get for more exercise, or at least from more fitness. So I would say for the cardio, you want about 80% of that time to be at zone two and the other 20% to be much closer to your red line. In our hypothetical case, just do 30 minutes of zone two each day. You're going to make great gains doing that.
