The Importance of Wearables in Training

"There's a glass ceiling that we might be running into at a certain point," he says. "A wearable is not going to teach you much about training, but it'll be a reminder,. And a lot of times people just need to be reminded." Fitness wearables are a net positive because they're a reminder for those who don't have the time or desire to work out every single day and do what makes them happy. But there's still movement that if that wearable wasn't there might not be getting measured.
