Do You Think You're the First to Create a Winning Culture?
Every professional triathlete is trying to replicate your training and particularly your scientific or sort of really specific approach to training. I think that it's very dangerous to define what is a winning culture or what does it look like because this is again we are different so there comes also again in the individualization part of it. You can't expect as a coach for my athletes to do this if they would have a coach that was more interesting sitting and playing games or social advising all the time, Olav says.
