Silicon Shield

Dimitri: There's this been this idea for 20 years or so in Taiwan of this concept of a silicon shield the idea that because Taiwan primarily through one of one of its companies TSMC which is largest manufacturer of chips in the world. Dimitri: Now i'm hearing that there's some concern in Taiwan that maybe has been promoted by China maybe is spreading on its own and what do you personally think about silicon shield? He says he doesn't believe democratic societies are going to win over a communist society like China with their self-inflicted pain.
