I'm not sure that's such a good thing. If someone's metabolically healthy, they can probably get away with it. But then as someone goes down the spectrum and their metabolic health is not great, I think there's probably better options than having a very high sort of calorie carb food. Any liquid calories that you consume, I just not as satisfying as a real food that you have to chew. And if you're not chewing and you're drinking most of your calories, maybe smoothies or juices will work. You can definitely have them, like, get bad to have. It could just make it harder to stay satiated on your diet if you're trying to improve your composition
