How to Hire the Right People for a Brand
I've never hired someone, I mean I've not really hired that many people but I've shy away from it. You just either become over-trust and too easy or you just don't trust enough. A few bad hires can completely stop a brand or a service as I know first-hand. Fundamentally the best people for a job usually have a job. If we were going to hire a head of strategy, I already know the person, I want to poach for it. We're trying to replicate the success of it. Hopefully we have it already in place but is a header equipment because like although that's another wage, it's worth a lot.
