I had no idea. I just would have assumed and I wonder if other people feel the same way that it was closer to 80% all the time to get stronger. No, and that's the great thing. You don't need that much as you get better and as you lift more and as you become more advanced, yes, you need heavier weights, but 80% no actually. Like really at the most, it depends on the set and rep scheme, right? So let's say I'm doing sets of two, right? Four sets of two,. which is a very heavy repetition scheme... Well, I'm probably going to be close to about 90% one rep max. Yeah
