How to Increase the Probability of Collaboration?

i think there's a lot in these structuring that isn't necessarily strateg although it's wrapped up as that. And the other thing is, the chief operating officer acknowledged to me that actually the real reason t they'd paid lip service to collaboration was it just saved em a fortune in real estate costs. People are only really going to be prepared to help each other if they will feel that they in turn will be helped when they need it.
