A high running volume at relatively low intensity is of course what we we see him on all distance in the mountain runners. We just combined with quite a lot of running at kind of subtrussled in the preparation period as a foundation and then there is a gradually shift in more rate specific trade. The ability to accumulate high training loads both at speeds that are close to race speed or so i think that would be the key yeah good good summary and are there any other questions?
