What Are the Main Things That You Would Like the Listeners to Take Away From From From the Research?

A high running volume at relatively low intensity is of course what we we see him on all distance in the mountain runners. We just combined with quite a lot of running at kind of subtrussled in the preparation period as a foundation and then there is a gradually shift in more rate specific trade. The ability to accumulate high training loads both at speeds that are close to race speed or so i think that would be the key yeah good good summary and are there any other questions? There was a technical glitch but we're back uh and yet the next question if we take a summary of of this research and our discussion so far todaywhat are the main things that you would like the listeners to take
