How Wall Parts Set Healthy Boundaries
All our parts are well intentioned. They're all trying to help us in some way that makes total sense once we understand the story behind it. But all of our burdened parts are trying to help, and they always make our pain worse. Let me give you a couple of examples, like a wall for example.
