I think we spend a lot of our lives like kind of subconsciously avoiding stuff like this And it feel it's a very powerful stance when you realize that you can do this and then it works Yeah, we should also say like you shouldn't do this alone if you're suffering from clinical anxiety or clinical OCD or anything Like that I got to do with a therapist So if you want to do it yourself like you should really make sure you're doing it with stuff That's like not overwhelming like it should be like scary like activate you a little bit But not like totally overwhelming to the point where it could hurt you. It could make things worse if you do it in a way that's overwhelming
