The Disqualification of a Disabled Writer
The usa. Manual under conduct says that a dangerous writer may be disqualified by the chief referee either before, during or after a race. It can also depend upon where the official is in the race and if they can see the incident from the start finish. Having your bars in front of another writer doesn't mean necessary that you've won your space. There's no i golden rule of like, if my bar's in front of yours, and i can crash you out cause i was here first.
