When these patterns get set up, then they get reinforced. So on this side of things, we would be likely to self sabotage. And it related to sort of again, like an internal state of insufficiency. This part about disarming these defenses is to bring them more into your awareness. Then the next important step is also to be able to have the feelings that go with it.
