After phase three, you're going to hit 60 seconds of rack holds. A rack hold is where you just take two kettle bells, relatively heavy, and put em in the rack which is the starting position of the press. You brace your abs, you squeeze your gloots, and you just, it's like a standing plank with kettle bells. That's what a rack hold is, right? A lot of weight on your, you know, right out in front of you. So you got to stabilize that abs are tight,.You're going to be wanting to breathe very heavy. But what you have to do is control your breathing. And i want you to go heavy with this now
