The only reason you wouldn't do a 20 minute power test, but the problem is if you're trying to keep your run power up to date. You can get away with that when you're cycling, but I just find that it does take a bit more out of you,. Yeah, I think it depends on the athlete there. It's not running 250 kilometers or 20 minute, if you run, let's say a 5K in 20 minutes, I Think it's quite different.
