Running PB - I've Been Injured and Still Running a 5K
I got a stress reaction in my right fib has just been niggling for ages. I didn't take complete time off because my physio didn't want me to completely shoot and start fresh. And then we like I'll run a 5K. Then we thought Oh, we'll do a mile before that just gets some speed ahead of this 5K. And I seem to be fitter and faster than expected. It's an interesting headspace to be no record when you're injured. So yeah I just don't I think I've changed my mentality of how I go about races now... not really care about the results just go out and have fun sort of thing.
