The Importance of Separate Caucuses

Todd Graham: It really comes down to style. Different attorneys have different styles, different mediators have different styles. And one way is not correct in the other way, incorrect. Unlike other areas of law, family law, as we've said so many times on the show, there's a lot of emotion. If there are family violence issues, obviously you're not gonna do a joint caucus and you're gonna go into separate rooms. But like I'm one of those people where I like almost across the board to start in a separate caucus.
