Transfusions
In terms of how we go about managing the need for blood transfusions, i think we tend to follow the recommendations as kind of proposed by a new study. The researchers found that patients who followed more of the restricte strategy actually had better outcomes than those who were in more of the liberal strategy. In somebody who has severe underlying cornary disease, i'll probably transfuse them. Ato, at least the hemoglobin of eight to nine. Can i ask one other question? I guess that's what i've always kind of been confused about.
