The Benefits of Having Small Jumps and Weights Versus Large Jumps
The nice thing about the large unwieldy jumps is that to get there, you have to take a little bit more time. I think it's training you up to the bell. And it's a challenge because when you take both hands and drive it overhead and do a waiter walk with it, you know, it's not just a nervous system, but it's a nervous system carrying something walking. So I like big jumping and I hear it too. Little jumps. General a peaking program little jumps. We got to make sure the tool of load increases and decreases is fitting the overall goal.
