And then you compact it into this square rectangle thing and then you cut it into quadrants. Again, that bench scraper is like the perfect tool because you can use it to cut it. You sit for actually doing it times four, it's at times three. That's going to create all those layers. Then you actually then divide it in two. So you have your two crusts, your two portions. At that point, you're basically done. Just chill it.
