Can We Teach Sleep Better?
The most important thing about food is timing, like hansdone, when you eat. The time of day at which you eat acts as a cue to your body clock to be alert and active. And for sure, the rule of thumb is that you want at least agood soot of two hours, if not alittle bit more, between the end of your last meal and your bedtime. Ro: There's a lot of self conditioning, i guess, that happens when you're young that sets you up on a pathway for better sleep later on.
