But just think about the dosing. Think about what the guidelines are saying. We've got those, you know, 150 minutes a week of moderate as long as you're hitting that resistance two to three times a week at the intensity we just spoke about. And at least taking one or two of your cardio workouts to that high intensity training zone. Then you're covering total basis.
