How to Do Hit Training in Eight Days?

If you don't mind training a certain body part on a different day of the week each week, you could turn that into an eight day week. So there's so many different options and ways to do it. But just think about the dosing. Think about what the guidelines are saying. We've got those, you know, 150 minutes a week of moderate as long as you're hitting that resistance two to three times a week at the intensity we just spoke about. And at least taking one or two of your cardio workouts to that high intensity training zone. Then you're covering total basis.
