The GOSI and the Neutrality of the Results

Would your brother learn Italian for the last 10 years or on the flat plan? I think I could almost be a conceptian in school instead, actually. Andrew Fardon: So what do you think of this, the dichotomizing of the GOSI and how does that influence your thinking about how neutral these results really are?
