We're not having a relationship with ourselves, we're in this sort of very unproductive place. We have to do this with self-compassion without it. It's hard to really accept that sometimes I think I was too critical or to be too critical. But it's okay that I am. And then as Dr. Nef put it out, most people can go there and I can forgive myself and my friend,. but going to that last place. Yeah.
