How to Start a Brewing Company in a Converted Food Truck

The beer markup at this point with the cost of goods and everything that goes into brewing it in terms of your energy source, all of that, I just can't see how that would be very profitable if you're brewing on a small scale. There's no amount of driving that's not going to shake up your kegs of beer. And so you're going to have to have settling time. You're going to want to make sure that you're mining all of your cold side oxidation stuff because that shaking could potentially bring more oxygen. It seems like a really difficult approach. But maybe I'm missing something kid.
