The Benefits of Creatine Supplementation

The claims that come out in the supplement industry for the really the past 2015 years, honestly do a disservice to the effective supplements that are actually out there. There may be some tangential benefits associated with either medium or long term use which can kind of pile on to the rest of the adaptations that are going on at the same time. The reason I just get excited about it is because the science behind it, because there's so much robust science behind creating supplementation.
