Do You Have a Curiosity Quotient?
The curious mind is one where I really think of it best applied to the unspoken work contract. The curious mind for us becomes a proxy for the kinds of people we want to hire because they'll fill in a lot of those gaps that frankly you can't teach. So, do you have a way of assessing curiosity? Yeah, you ask. And then you ask for proof points. That's usually a pretty good indicator of that particular skill that we're indexing on.
