i'm finding it harder and harder now to talk about just one component of health. By doing this kind of movement, you're probably also distressing yourself and switching off. i've recognized that with some patients i've go i've got patients with mental health issues. And when they get more physically active, why? It's where i put my time and energy. That has helped them sleep better, and that has helped them then make better food choices.
