Mindfulness Training - Minimum Required Dose
The more you do, the more you benefit when it comes to mindfulness training. Most people who take part in a programme like Sin require forty five minutes of daily practice as part of the programme. When we got down to between 12 and 15 minutes, we found that people were actually doing it daily. So the compliance to be able to engage in the practice helps. And and committing this short period every day to formally doing helps.
