And if you're in energy deficit, or you're trying to maxim a satiety, then a higher protein can be still even better for that. For lets a me who weighs 86 kilograms, then for me, that's a, you know, i try to get it at least like two grams per kilogram. So for me, it's at least like 170 grams, 175 grams of protin a day.
