The Importance of Personal Development

I worked at Target for about a year. I had no idea exactly what I wanted to do, but knew I loved working with people. My entire work center was the bottom performing work center not just operationally but also talent wise. By 25, I would have my own store to manage and be making a six figure salary. All of this stuff was hung out in front of me.
