Re-organ the team, pick a metric you think you can hit. Take ownership of something that you believe is not being utilized as well. For us it was enablement. So we moved the enablement team over to marketing in the first 30 days that I was there. Let's dive into gong, let's set up some trackers and make sure that we're improving the funnel at certain stages.
