Performance Review - Is There Any Surprises?

Crystal: My manager likes to sit up some time with me beforei even submit the performance review, to kind of go through the review together. I'll walk him through each question, the answers i had, and even work through my goals for next year. And when we review it together, i know exactly what kind of thoughts he has.
