Colonialism and the United Nations
Some countries insist that reparations need to be paid for colonialism. But this argument is only heard, of course, from states that have not worked well after the period of colonial rule. And let's face it, nobody takes reparations seriously other than a kind of shakedown and a kind of foreign aid dressed up with a moral cause. There's a reason why Zimbabwe is Zimbabwe and Singapore is Singapore.
