Taiwanese High Mountain Oolong Tea
Oolong tea is anything that is semi-osodized. It could be 20% oxidation, 50% oxidation or it could be 80% oxidation. So the one that you're drinking right now looks very green. Which is very minimal oxidation. The other oolong tea we have which is a darker one is from Wui mountain in China, Fujian China.
