Is Your Fitness Goal?
I want to be there next year for sure. My goal is really to be pain free and to be fit and solid enough so that on any given day, I can go out and run a marathon or ride a century or do a swim run or do something and just have fun with it. It's not the swimming itself, but I'm just trying.My focus really is the gym right now to get as strong as it's stable as possible. And so I'm going to do in that and the gym too.
