The YouTube Academy is now worth more than $1.2 million, according to founder and chief executive of the company David Kuchins. The first class he made was how to study for exams which has been doing 10k a month on Skillshare every month since like May of 2020. "When we were nearly making a million a year from Skillshare, I was thinking okay, there's no way in hell this is actually going to, this is sustainable," says Kutchins.
