I think the thing that is most important to me in like the building of a company is how you get the most out of people. And so like creating environments where people can succeed and seeing those people succeed is like probably the thing that makes me most happy in my work life. I had this long term clash with Blackbird about whether or not I was doing my life's work building this quite mercenary opportunity company. You can do your life's work on how you build a company, not necessarily what you build.
