I love the phrase, give marketing a seat at the financial table or give them a seat at forecasting table. Because when I see organizations that disassociate demand planning and what we're buying, how much of it we're buying in demand creation, problems happen. Those conversations are really hard to have unless there's someone in marketing at the table there.
