How to Be a Successful Designer
Anybody out there struggling as a designer on their design team or maybe they're product people listening to this? I think first of all, start the conversation and then just have a couple of low ambitious things. Can we phrase that in customer speak? What is it we're trying to do for the customer? Because nobody's going to want to argue with what we're Trying to Do For The Customer. Collaboration is key. So you'll know when you're a success, when your team doesn't need you anymore. You can do all this without me. That's how I know I'm a success.
