Housing Association ditched everything we taught and went for the 500 quid because it's the easiest way to get money just being handed out. Human nature is to take what is the perceived easy route however you lay out the other route and they just don't want to take it. No matter how much you help there are some people who will literally say I will only borrow money to start my business. That was my biggest learning like some people we unlocked and changed their lives they just it's unbelievable what's happened to them.
