It's so much more than just like, are you strong or not strong? Yeah, it's that connection with your brain and making those muscles fire the way they're supposed to fire. And so much of it is neurological too. So it's not just strength. And it's not even something that I think the feel that's fully like diced out yet. But sometimes it's just about getting our body to know which muscles to fire and how quickly we recruit our motor units.
