Dealing With Injuries Is Always a Trial and Error Process
No matter what your injury is, it is never an excuse to stop working out altogether. You can always do something, and something is always better than nothing. Andi i tried a bunch of them with my body weight. I had like an entire workout that was literally just me trying to figure out what movements hurt,. which movements don't, or which movements hurt which movements don’t. Then i figured oke, cool, i can really only do hip dominant exercises. So no squats, no lunges, no splits. But i can do dead lifts. I can do romanian dead lifts. I can do good mornings.
