Hybridization Is a Cool Thing to Do in Homebrews

I've actually had a couple of people right in uh that are interested in getting homebrew sized pitches I don't know if y'all are having that um on the horizon. culture because that's like so fun especially whenever you're doing something really cool and really unique like making that yeast was super bloom. The London strain is definitely our most popular one, but just because you have an idea that it will be popular for hazy IPAs doesn't necessarily mean that you can use the exact same strategy as Chico to get there.
