The Importance of Free Speech

There's an actual thing in libel law. It's called the substantial truth requirement. The idea is that you can't go after a news organization for like one false claim in a longer, you know, segment or book or article whose overall message is not libelous. Because they sued in Washington, we don't have the substantialtruth requirement. You have to prove that the actual like sentence level claims were false. And also when you pair it with B roll of children eating apples, right? It's also leading you in a direction. So it's like factually correct, but also emitting important information.
