trever: I think when you start to get to the two minute range, you're sparting to reach into the antarobic ability of some of the athletes. And so i think at that point it's not long enough to really engage the arobic system enough to create that that treeing stress you want. But i think the minimum is really three minutes that you should do and especially if you have a strong anerobic ability. Just need to make sure that whole we're pasting ourselves.
