How Much Fat Is Too Much?

We don't do nuance well and so let's spend a moment on the fats in coffee. So the MCT, the coconut oil, the butter and the ghee, how much is too much because often people will hear okay butter in the coffee and they're like throwing in like a stick of butter. Exactly versus maybe a teaspoon or a tablespoon. What ends up happening with most people is that not only are they adding high quality fats like you are but they end up eating poor quality fats on top of that. It's like the burger without the bun, right? Like it's the cheese wrapped in olives or something like that. We really want to moderate how much fat we need
