How Much Wiggle Room Do You Have When Building on Mileage?

Gathering data beforehand, really important because everyone's different whether they've had injuries in the past is also a good insight to have. And it depends on how much risk you want to take on. If someone is only running twice a week and wants to run more often, then we would spread that same mileage across more weeks. So if they're running five miles twice a week, well, let's run three miles, three times a week and sort of spread it more across the week.
